Jacob Tucker

Hello! I’m Jacob and I’m a San Francisco based photographer.

My journey in the visual arts started when I was studying journalism in college and bought a camera for a photojournalism class. It didn’t take long for photography and video to develop from hobby to my main creative passion and then a career choice.

You’ll find that I like to try a lot of different forms of photography. While specialization is good for developing mastery, I believe that creative originality is fueled by drawing from a diversity of experiences. I’ve done street photography, professional portraiture, video journalism, and landscape. I use these different forms of creative expression to inform a wholistic approach to visual arts.

While I’m always still learning, I am committed to giving the people I work with a level of quality and consistency that is at the highest level. I hope to work with you.
